Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order details

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery
• The product should have all original tags intact

Refund Process

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the product for quick resolution
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
